The Moses Andrew Homestead Memorial
Moses Andrew Homestead
The Moses Andrew Homestead Memorial is an historical house in Meriden, Connecticut.  It was built in 1760 by Moses Andrew.  It is located on West Main Street.  Now it is situated between McDonald's Restaurant and the Benjamin Franklin Elementary School.  The house is red and large.  It has a very interesting history behind it.  It was one of the first houses in Meriden.  It was once a museum.  It is closed to the public now.  There is a sign above the door so that when you drive by, you won't miss it.  Students at Saint Joseph School recommend that you visit this valuable landmark.
