At the time of graduation, the Saint Joseph School student will have:
• An understanding that Christian leadership is centered in building the Kingdom of God by serving and loving others; and extend that service and love to self, family, friends, and their neighbors / communities and environment while maintaining a commitment to social justice, moral choices, and responsible decisions based on a well formed conscience with a foundation of Christian values.

• A commitment to the school community by actively participating in the life of the school, its mission and philosophy while forming lasting friendships and respectful relationships embracing the diversity in various areas in which God has blessed us.

• A foundation of growth and learning from the joy of success and the frustration of failure through the pursuit of academic excellence, utilizing a creative intelligence and imagination across a variety of disciplines, in order to think critically, act creatively and carefully solve problems.

    Full Day Kindergarten

    • Provides experiences that meet children's needs and fosters learning in all developmental areas - spiritual, physical, social, emotional, and intellectual.
    • Provides an atmosphere for children to develop a good self-image by respecting each other's individual patterns and timings of growth and development.
    • Acknowledges the different levels of ability, development, and learning styles in children by providing activities which are appropriate to their emotional maturity.
    • Develops sense of responsibility and independence to help children grow in self esteem and positive feelings toward learning.
    As Catholic educators, we strive to guide and help the young child within the framework of love, care and concern, thereby witnessing to the Gospel teachings of Christ.

    Before and After School Programs

    The after-school program  and the before-school programs are available to students in grades K-8.  This services are provided on school days beginning at 7:00 A.M. and lasting until 5:30 P.M.  A student may participate in these programs on a daily or weekly basis.  The programs allow students to interact with their peers in a safe, well-managed environment. The "Day Off" program provides care for students on certain professional days and holidays when school is not in session.

    Saint Joseph School families are available to answer inquiries from interested parents. These families will present the parents' perspective in regard to Catholic educational opportunities at Saint Joseph School.
